Do you manufacture locally?

Yes, about 85% of our blinds are made in-house. The rest are specialized e.g. Velux which we buy in from reliable trade suppliers. We have a staff of eighteen local people, some of whom have been with Bilanco Blinds over thirty years.

Will you give prices over the phone?

We have nothing to hide. We will be delighted to give prices over the phone. Please remember to compare apples with apples, however.

Can you visit my home?

Our whole company ethos is based on US coming to YOU. We are happy to call out at a time convenient for you to measure and let you look at samples. This service carries no obligation and we will not sit in your home all day until you buy our blinds. Company Rule No. 1 - No Hard Sell.

Are there hidden extras?

Categorically Not. All prices quoted for blinds by the company and its representatives include a one year on-site warranty, delivery, fitting and V.A.T. We will supply all necessary fixings, chains, weights and brackets. We are honest, up-front and honourable in all our dealings.

How long is delivery?

We typically quote 3-4 working days. We carry a lot of stock and receive next day deliveries from the majority of our suppliers. Some specialized blinds will take slightly longer.

What if there is a problem?

We are all human and we realize that mistakes and errors can and do happen. We will resolve any issues relating to your Bilanco Window Blinds as quickly as is possible. We genuinely want our customers to be delighted with our service. We hate hassle too!
