Modern Manufacturing Facility

The head-rail software we use tells our assemblers the number of specific components required for each blind, and in what order to use them. Our hydraulic cutter means that blinds are neatly finished with no unsightly rough edges. All of our tooling uses compressed air, which means our working environment is relatively quite.

We have a continuous programme of upgrading machinery whenever possible.
